Certain vehicles may not conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 206 - Door Lock and Door Retention Components.

The bolts attaching the door striker to the vehicle body may be too short.

This could result in the door opening in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Correction: Dealers will replace all door striker bolts.
