On certain vehicles, due to a Restraint Control Module (RCM) software update error, the airbags may not deploy as intended in the event of a frontal impact. Failure of the airbags to deploy during a collision that warrants airbag deployment could increase the risk of injury to the occupants. Correction: Dealers will update the RCM with the latest software. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
