On certain vehicles, the metal upper strut insulators may have been manufactured incorrectly and, as a result, could fail.

In the worse case this could allow the strut rod to come out of its mounting position, adversely affecting vehicle handling.

This could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death.

Correction: Dealers will replace the front strut insulators.
