On certain vehicles, the accelerator pedal was not installed properly and may come loose at the floor mounting. This condition may result in a stuck throttle which could cause a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, either reset the pedal or replace the whole assembly. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
