Details	Certain vehicles do not comply with CMVSS 1103 - exhaust emissions. The elbow containing the crankcase ventilation orifice was installed on the wrong valve cover resulting in improper metering of crankcase gases being returned to the combustion chamber. Correction: Breather elbows will be reversed from one side of the engine to the other side. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website
