On certain Taurus SHO, the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm may rupture.

Should this occur, engine damage or fuel leakage could result.

Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source could potentially result in a fire.

Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and fuel pressure regulators will be replaced where required.
