Details	Certain vehicles do not comply with CMVSS 1103 - exhaust emissions. The Emission Maintenance Reminder (EMR) light in the climate control module is either non-functional (will not illuminate) due to missing power and ground circuits to the bulb or, is missing entirely. Correction: Jumper cables will be installed and the climate control module will be replaced where necessary. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website
