Volvo V50
Built on the same chassis at the S40, the V50 is the S40’s wagon counterpart. Thus, it features the same characteristics, except that its trunk has a 2,015-litre capacity, compared to only 357-litres for the sedan. It has the 227-hp 2.5-litre engine. Previously, it was an all-wheel drive, but now it’s a front-wheel drive, with either a six-speed manual transmission or a five-speed automatic.
