This electric luxury SUV is a victim of counter-tariffs. Volvo Canada stopped importing the U.S.-built EX90 for 2026. This brand new model shared many components with the Polestar 3. Offering three rows of seats, it could accommodate six or seven occupants in a spacious, comfortable cabin. Just like the much smaller EX30, most of the vehicle controls go through the centre touchscreen. The dual motors combined to deliver 509 hp, while maximum range was 499 km. As a fairly large luxury EV, the EX90 was quite expensive and therefore not eligible for government subsidies.
