Subaru Crosstrek
Based on the Impreza compact's platform, the Subaru Crosstrek (known as the XV Crosstrek until last year) has adopted some SUV characteristics, including higher ground clearance and a few style changes. With 148 horsepower and 145 ft.-lb. of torque, its 4-cylinder boxer engine works with a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT. There’s also a hybrid version whose fuel consumption is just 6.9 L/100 km in the city.
