Nissan LEAF
The second-generation Nissan LEAF comes standard with a 40-kWh battery in SV trim. That’s good enough for up to 243 kilometres of range on a full charge. If you opt for any other trim level (S Plus, SV Plus, SL Plus), you’ll get a 62-kWh battery and a significant increase in range—up to 363 kilometres. An interesting feature on the LEAF is the e-Pedal system allowing drivers to accelerate and brake simply by pressing or releasing the throttle.
