Only the extended and crew cabs are offered. The Frontier comes equipped with a 2.5-litre four-cylinder or a 4.0-litre V6. The four-cylinder only comes with front-wheel drive. As for the V6, it has a 4X4 powertrain and a five-speed automatic transmission.
