Why do we still see the G-Class on our roads while fuel prices are so high? The answer is simple… it’s because people are still attracted to it! This civilian version of a military vehicle is offered in two versions: the G550 (382 horsepower V8) and the “sporty” G55 AMG (500 horsepower). Ever since its appearance at the end of the 70s, the G has barely changed. Why not choose the GL, which is much more elegant ? Just because its macho look has still lot of appeal.
