Despite its still familiar appearance, the new Range Rover has definitely moved beyond the old technologies, particularly concerning its engine choice. So, besides important aesthetic tweaks, the Range Rover has retired its old 4.2 and 4.4-litre V8s, which have been replaced with two new clearly more modern 5.0-litre V8s that produce 375 and 510 horsepower, depending on the version. They come with a six-speed automatic transmission.
