Land Rover Defender
For 2025, Land Rover offers the most potent and most expensive Defender ever. Named OCTA after the octahedron shape of a rough diamond, this new model cranks things up to 626 horsepower thanks to a twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 borrowed from BMW (and shared with the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport). It’s a huge step up from the supercharged 5.0-litre V8’s 518 horsepower. Two-door (Defender 90), four-door (Defender 110) and longer four-door (Defender 130) models are available.
