Jeep Compass
Kissing cousin of the Jeep Patriot, the Compass is going up against the likes of the Ford Escape, Honda CR-V and Nissan Rogue. Thanks to a very attractive pricing policy, many people are choosing the Compass. Some others are attracted by its appearance, which is less aggressive than the Patriot’s. Two four-cylinders are available: a 158-hp 2.0-litre and a 172-hp 2.4-litre. The basic transmission is a five-speed manual and there’s also an optional CVT.
