Hyundai Accent
The Hyundai Accent subcompact comes in either a sedan or a five-door hatchback, the latter of which is by far the more popular of the two, particularly in Québec. Both cars feature a similar interior with a shrewdly designed and ergonomically sound dashboard. The 1.6L 138-hp four-cylinder engine is paired with a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox. The hatchback’s cargo capacity ranges from 600 to 1,345 litres.
