Buick Envista
The Envista is Buick's entry-level model and the only one that cannot be specified with all-wheel drive, even as an option. The engine selected by Buick is a turbocharged 1.2-litre inline three-cylinder. Output and torque are rated at 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft, respectively. Unlike the slightly larger Encore GX featuring the same engine, the Envista’s transmission is not a CVT but rather a conventional six-speed automatic. For a cheaper alternative, consider the Chevrolet Trax.
