The current Audi A5 is the new generation of the sedan formerly known as A4. It is no longer available in coupe, convertible or Sportback configuration, although it does have a rear hatch. Paired with quattro all-wheel drive, the standard engine is a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder producing 268 horsepower. When opting for the S5 model, buyers get a turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 that delivers 362 horsepower. The plug-in hybrid powertrain available in Europe is not offered in Canada.
