Top 10 Best-selling Vehicles in Canada, First Half of 2024
New vehicle sales in Canada amounted to approximately 924,000 units during the first six months of 2024, an increase of 10.4 percent from the same period in 2023 according to DesRosiers Automotives Consultants. That’s despite rising vehicle prices and high interest rates across most of the industry.
Needless to say that pickups and SUVs continue to rule the Canadian market, as you’ll see in this Top 10. On the outside looking in are two familiar cars including the Honda Civic in 11th place (14,529 units, +15 percent) and the Toyota Corolla in 12th place (14,427 units, +18 percent).
