The Most Dependable Cars and Trucks in the 2020 J.D. Power Study
J.D. Power recently published its 2020 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study, which measures problems in model-year 2017 vehicles.
The study covers 177 specific problems grouped into eight major vehicle categories. And while there has been a slight improvement across the entire auto industry, the rapid introduction of complex in-vehicle technology is putting increased pressure on dependability.
