Top 10 Best-selling Trucks and SUVs in Canada in 2019

While Canadian sales of passenger cars dropped 16.1 percent in 2019, pickups and SUVs posted a slight increase of 1.6 percent.
There’s no better way to sum up the new reality in the auto industry than comparing the Honda Civic (-12.8 percent)—the best-selling car for more than 20 years—with the Toyota RAV4 (+17.8 percent), arguably the hottest SUV in town. The latter is now outselling the Civic by some 5,000 units!
