Jeep Adds Plaid-Loving 85th Anniversary Edition to Wrangler, Gladiator
Jeep is never short of ideas when it comes to launching special editions of its vehicles. On the heels of the 6.4-litre HEMI-powered Wrangler Moab 392 and the Wrangler Whitecap, here's another one celebrating 85 years of uninterrupted production.
The company didn't rack its brains for the name, simply calling it “85th Anniversary.” This new special edition is available with both the Wrangler SUV and the Gladiator pickup.

Plaid takes the spotlight, as you can see, with exclusive plaid seat and dashboard inserts. The heritage-inspired details are paired with unique touches such as an “85th" seat tag, shifter medallion and cupholder plaque, plus durable Berber floor and cargo mats.
On the outside, look for exclusive Steel Oxide-painted 17-inch wheels, bronze tow hooks, Blue Agave 85th anniversary badges and decals, as well as body-coloured fender flares.
Standard content includes the Convenience Group (heated front seats, heated steering wheel, remote start and keyless passive entry), Alpine premium audio, deep‑tint windows, Gorilla Glass windshield, heated mirrors, LED headlamps and fog lamps, and more. Customers also can select a black molded-in colour hardtop or body-coloured hardtop, and upgrade to all-terrain tires at no cost.

Orders for the 85th Anniversary special-edition models have just begun. The Wrangler costs $68,180 and the Gladiator $59,785, including fees. Remember, Jeep slashed Gladiator prices for 2026 in an effort to boost sales.
