Jeep Adds Stealthy, Mission-Ready Gladiator Shadow Ops

Jeep is making another addition to its Gladiator lineup for 2026. Hot on the heels of the Willys ’41 edition paying homage to the brand’s military past, here comes the Shadow Ops.

This model serves as the spearhead of the new “Convoy” campaign, which aims to introduce “mission-ready special editions,” as Jeep puts it.

“This package is built for our most passionate off-road enthusiasts, combining rugged functionality with a bold, covert look,” CEO Bob Broderdorf said. “Shadow Ops gives adventurers not just the tools, but the confidence and attitude to dominate any trail.”

The truck boasts a stealthy appearance including a Satin Black grille, body-coloured hard top and fender flares, exclusive black Shadow Ops hood and tailgate decals, plus heavy-duty steel bumpers for extreme durability.

Furthermore, the Gladiator Shadow Ops (based on the Rubicon model) is hailed as the first midsize truck to offer a factory-installed winch, although capacity is not specified. The cabin, meanwhile, gets all-weather slush mats for practical protection.

Sales will begin in early 2026, with pricing to be announced shortly.

Speaking of which, don’t forget that Jeep has slashed Canadian prices by as much as $11,400 compared with 2025 models so that the 2026 Gladiator offers better value in the midsize segment. The base Sport S starts at an all-inclusive price of $52,290, while the Rubicon starts at $67,290 (or $78,585 in Rubicon X trim).
