Your New Dodge, Jeep, Ram or Fiat Will Be More Connected Than Ever

Good news for Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat customers: starting this summer, Stellantis is all at once simplifying and enhancing its connected services offering with two new packages.

These packages are available for eligible new and used vehicles, meaning that existing customers with eligible vehicles can activate the services starting this summer, too. Chrysler and Alfa Romeo vehicles will follow shortly after, the automaker said.

First, the Connect ONE package will be included at no extra cost and active for 10 years from the date of purchase or lease. It gives access to essential features such as over-the-air software updates, vehicle health reports and alerts, automatic SOS calls and recall notifications, remote lock and unlock via the brand app, plus EV charging controls and management tools.

Also part of this package is a digital key for smartphone-based access and engine start (when available), in-vehicle games and basic navigation.

The second package, called Connect PLUS, will be free for three months if enrolled within 30 days of a new vehicle purchase or lease. After the trial, the monthly subscription is $13.99. This one offers more advanced features including remote operations (start the vehicle, locate it with horn/lights, activate climate control), stolen vehicle tracking, drive alerts (set boundaries for speed, location and time for other users) and connected navigation.

What’s more, hands-free control for vehicle functions is enabled through voice commands, and Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant is embedded into the vehicle.

“We’ve been listening to our customers and simplifying connected services to give them more value, more clarity and more control,” said Cristiani Campos, senior vice president of the software business unit, Stellantis. “By including essential software for the full life of the vehicle and bundling popular features, we are giving our customers a connected experience that works better for everyday needs.”

Oh, one last thing: SiriusXM satellite radio and optional services like Hands-free Active Driving remain unchanged. The connected services structure for 2025 and earlier model-year Dodge Durango, Chrysler Pacifica and Jeep Compass is also unchanged.
