The E7, the future of police vehicles, is a revolutionary departure from the longstanding tradition of law enforcement models of civilian vehicles. Attempting to overcome the Ford Police Interceptor’s domination of the market, this upstart quickly curried favour with police officers tired of compromised vehicular design, but their success was far from guaranteed.
But, apparently they’re doing ok. According to a recent report, they have received 14,000 production slot reservations from 400 different police agencies. However, with a price that remains unannounced, police agencies have yet to line up with cheques in hand, content instead to reserve vehicles as they roll off the production line. But it’s a definite vote of confidence in one cool vehicle.
