With Maserati aiming to become a fully electric car brand by 2030, and this being the final year for its Ferrari-sourced, turbocharged 3.8-litre V8 (572 horsepower), it sure seems like the days of the Quattroporte as we know it are numbered. There’s another engine available, namely a turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 (424 horsepower). Who knows? Maybe the MC20’s Nettuno V6 will land in the Quattroporte at some point. And if engineers could find ways to improve the car’s reliability, that’d be great, too.
