GM Will Stop Selling Chevrolet Cars in Europe

Executives at General Motors have announced that the company will cease distribution of Chevrolet models in European markets starting in 2016.
This is a wise decision by the U.S. auto giant which will allow it to focus its energy on the Opel and Vauxhall brands, whose sales have not met expectations.
The one exception to this rule, however, is the impressive new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray which will continue to be available in Europe. The restructuring that is expected to cost GM between $700 Million and $1 billion USD.
Chevrolets currently available in Europe
Currently, Chevrolet offers the following models in France: Aveo, Captiva, Camaro, Corvette, Cruze, Malibu, Orlando, Spark and Volt Trax.
