NOTE: VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 3.4 LITRE ENGINE.

WATER MAY BE DRAWN INTO THE EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CANISTER WHEN THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN IN SLUSHY SNOW CONDITIONS.

THE WATER IS THEN DELIVERED TO THE ENGINE WHICH CAN RESULT IN SETTING AN MIL (MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP), MISFIRE, ROUGH IDLE, LACK OF POWER AND EVENTUALLY ENGINE STALL IF DRIVEABILITY AND MIL ARE IGNORED.

CORRECTION: EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CANISTER VENT SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY WILL BE RELOCATED TO A PROTECTED AREA.

REAR HEATER, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPPED VEHICLES WILL HAVE A SHIELD INSTALLED UNDER THE ASSEMBLY.
