7th Edition of the Montreal International Auto Show Charity Preview MONTREAL
The Montreal International Auto Show (MIAS) Charity Preview, the official pre-opening celebration of the Montreal International Auto Show (MIAS), is back for its 7th year! The Montreal Automobile Dealers Corporation Foundation and the Palais des congrès de Montréal, co-presenters of the evening, are proud to present this 7th edition on Thursday, January 13, 2011, starting at 6:30 pm at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
This year, well-known stand-up comedian and car lover Lise Dion will act as spokesperson. "It's an honor for me to act as spokesperson for this special evening! Not only because I'm a big car fan but also for the rewarding feeling of supporting a great cause. It's a gratifying role", says the popular performer.
This annual event brings together five (5) major hospital foundations from the Greater Montreal Area, all working towards a common goal: preserving your health. Ever since it premiered back in 2005, the event has donated nearly $2 million to the health care community, thanks to the generosity of thousands of participants.
"Joining us for this event will give you the opportunity to be in the ''front seat'' to appreciate the newest vehicles of the industry before everybody else, while providing valuable support to the health care community", commented Carmine D'Argenio, President of the 2011 MIAS. And this year, something new on the program: a silent auction. "More reasons for art, fine wine, sport, jewelry lovers to enhance their contribution to hospital foundations", adds the President.

The ticket price is only $175 per person. All proceeds will benefit our partner foundations and a $60 income tax receipt will be issued to all attendees (one per ticket purchased).
