The New York Auto Show Will be Held at a Different Venue This Year

Car Guide has learned from a very reliable source that the venue for the 2014 New York Auto Show will be in a very different location.

While the Auto Show has been held at the Jacob Javits Center since 1987, the directors voted to have the show moved to the communal barn in New York, Texas.

The building has 80 square-meters of interior space, and will be able to accommodate about 10 vehicles.

The best spots, which are the two on each side of the entrance, have already been taken by a local resident, who will present his 1996 Ford farm truck, and a Trans-Am equipped with a T-top. The manufacturers will have to fight for the remaining spots.

The visitors will be able to sample a local speciality, the Texan Steak. To accomodate the hundreds of thousands of peoples expected to visit the show, the city of New York will offer the use of a field, where tourists will be able to sleep.

Reserve your place now, this field is filling fast!

If you are not sure how to go to this new venue, here are the directions from the John F. Kennedy Airport.

Have a good show, and we hope to see you there!

(UPDATE: As you probably guessed, this was our April's Fools. Don't go to New-York, Texas expecting to see the New-York Auto Show.)
