Ford Approaching a Million Vehicles Sold in China Annually

In 2013 the American manufacturer sold exactly 935,813 vehicles in China. That figures represents an increase of 49% compared to total sales in 2012.

Already associated with local auto manufacturers Chongqing Changan Automobile and Jiangling Motors, Ford plans to open new assembly plants and steadily increase the number of vehicles sold in China.

There is every reason to believe that in 2014 Ford should not have much difficulty in achieving its sales objective for China of over 1 million vehicles.

Ford already expects to launch 15 new models on the Chinese automotive market by 2015.
