In recent years, Kia has made giant leaps when it comes to driving dynamics. The Sportage compact SUV is a good example. It feels solid and proves enjoyable around town without sacrificing comfort on rough pavement. The base engine is a 2.4-litre four-cylinder rated at 181 horsepower, while a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine producing 237 horsepower is optional. The current generation dates back to 2017, so a brand new Sportage isn’t too far off.
