The Volvo V90 Leaks On The Internet

Nothing is sacred on the Internet; while Volvo wanted to officially unveil the V90 wagon on February 18th, an insider published the above shots ahead of the manufacturer.

Decidedly less boxy looking than the Volvo wagons of yore, the V90 is reminiscent of the beautiful Estate Concept. The front end looks like the S90 sedan.

Just like the S90 and the XC90, the V90 wagon sits on an all-new platform and will be exclusively powered by four-cylinder engines. Europe will obviously have a variety of diesel engines, but nothing was yet announced for North America. However, we can expect that the car will get the XC90’s 2.0-litre engine, and a hybrid version could probably generate up to 410 horsepower. An even more powerful Polestar variant could eventually be launched.

Volvo will officially announce the V90 in the next few days; we can’t wait to hear more about this sleek new wagon.
