Aston Martin Vulcan: Fire And Brimstone

If you are looking for a car to have fun with on the world's most prestigious circuits, you have a myriad of options: Porsche 911 GT3, Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, Ford Mustang GT350R... If you happen to have a few more dollars lying around, you can spring for the most expensive models: the Ferrari FXX and McLaren P1 GTR each come with a membership to their very own race series, which means you can duke it out on the track with people who own the same vehicle as you!

To carve itself a piece of this very lucrative market, Aston Martin is on the brink of unveiling a unique new vehicle at the upcoming Geneva Auto Show. The manufacturer shared some information about their upcoming track-day special, which will bear the Vulcan name.

First of all, this car's production run will be limited to 30 units. We can expect the car to not be street-legal; as we can see in the above video, the car will feature side exhausts that shoot flames. We can speculate that any attempt to use it in traffic would end with someone on fire.

We can also expect a lightweight carbon fibre body, advanced aerodynamics and a completely barren interior.

We will learn more about the Vulcan at the Geneva International Motor Show, which starts next month.
