2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class - We're Driving It This Week!

This week The Car Guide is heading to Marseille, France, to drive the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Completely redesigned for the current model year, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class is intended to raise the stakes in the entry-level luxury segment and entice a fresh generation of buyers to the brand.  Bigger than before, and with more of a focus on refinement rather than sport, the C-Class hopes to carve out its own identity when facing very competent challenges from the likes of the Audi A4, the BMW 3 Series, and the Cadillac ATS.

The 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class will be offered with both a turbocharged four-cylinder engine (241 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque) and a twin-turbo V6 (329 horses and 354 lb-ft of twist).  Transmissions will be limited to a seven-speed automatic, but all-wheel drive will be available across the board.  In fact, rear-wheel drive is only available with the four-cylinder model.
