The Ferrari SA Aperta 599 Roadster - 80 units already sold
Even after 80 units sold of this unique roadster, the people from Ferrari dare present this vehicle in the Mondial de l’Automobile de Paris, due on October 2nd.
As its name expresses, we are in the presence of a Ferrari 599 with only two passengers on board, and a distinct paradigm sold to many in-conditionals of this Italian brand at the Concours d’Élégance of Pebble Beach.
Unlike the Italia Ferrari 458 model with a retractable rigid roof, the SA Aperta 599 Roadster is equipped with a light cloth roof which is very sturdy. The chassis of this elegant roadster has been solidified in order to meet international standards. Two protective arches are built in behind both front seats in case of a roll-over.
On this occasion, the famous Italian body builder by the name of Pininfarina celebrates its 80th anniversary, many of these years having been devoted to the famous make with the bucking horse.
Under its hood, someone thought that a V12 Ferrari 599 GTO with 570 horsepower would do the job.
