Lexus UX Concept to be unveiled at Paris Auto Show

A new concept SUV from Lexus will make its world premiere at the upcoming Mondial de l’automobile on September 29.

No information has been made available yet. However, Lexus did publish a teaser image of the UX Concept. Although the profile hints at a coupe, there are actually four doors on the concept. Depending on its dimensions, which we will likely only know when the vehicle is revealed at the show, it seems as though the UX Concept would go head to head with the BMW X4 and X6, the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe and GLE Coupe as well as the Infiniti QX70.

The concept vehicle was penned at Lexus’ design centre in Europe, and according to the manufacturer, it targets a “progressive, urban audience living in a connected environment.” The interior of the SUV is “marries traditional craftsmanship with high-tech manufacturing techniques.”

We’ll figure out what all that means in a couple of weeks, when the cover is lifted off the Lexus UX Concept in Paris.
