One Last Honda CR-Z for Japan
Despite having received some styling updates this year, the little CR-Z hasn’t been a resounding success so far: in Canada, less than 10 of them are sold each month.
It seems like Honda is about to throw in the towel: in Japan, the last iteration of the CR-Z has been announced. It is named the Final Label, and it features 17-inch wheel in a matte finish, a unique blue paint job as well as appropriate badging.

Mechanically, there are no changes compared to the standard CR-Z. The 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine still resides under the hood, and it is still aided by an electric motor. The manual transmission is still offered as standard, while a CVT automatic is optional.
Judging by sales volume, not a lot of people will miss the CR-Z. However, its demise marks the end of the affordable hybrid coupe. There also won’t be any hybrid with a manual gearbox once the CR-Z leaves us.
