2017 Ford GT: The Configurator is Live
Are you dreaming about the 2017 Ford GT? It’s now time to make a deposit on one. Ford just put the configurator for its latest supercar online.
With it, you can build your own Ford GT. There are eight different paint colors, just as many stripe choices and a few wheel designs. You can even share the car you’ve built with your friends.

Ford also announced how many cars will be built. There will be only 500 GTs built, spread over two model years. Hurry up, because the pre-order period will end on May 12 (if they don’t sell every car before that).
Official pricing hasn’t been announced, but it should be around USD$450,000.
The Ford supercar will be powered by a 3.5-litre, Ecoboost twin-turbo V6 with more than 600 horsepower on tap. The first cars should be delivered before year’s end.
