Shelby GT-H: Fastest Rental Car in the World

Here is a quick question: what is the fastest car in the world? No, it isn't a Bugatti or a high-performance Italian supercar. It's a Chevy Malibu. Or a Honda Accord. Or even a V6 Dodge Charger. Anything out of your nearest rental place will do!

With a rental, everyone turns into a race car driver: speeding, threshold braking, sharp turns, nothing is impossible once you signed the all-inclusive waiver.

Shelby just relaunched a classic of the Mustang's history: the car you see in the above pictures is the Shelby GT-H, a 435-horsepower Mustang GT that you can rent in select Hertz centres.

It's not the first time Hertz chose to rent Shelbys: in 1966, Carroll himself designed the GT350-H, a race car that could be rented to have fun on tracks. Ten years ago, Ford also launched a new GT-H.

The 2016 Shelby GT-H will feature a unique body kit, gold stripes and a black paint job as well as 19-inch wheels. The car will growl a little louder thanks to a Ford Performance catback exhaust. Finally, Michelin tires will shod the aforementioned wheels.

If you want to add some serious speed to your next trip, visit the Hertz website to find a Shelby GT-H!
