Toyota Tundrasine: On The Doorstep Of Madness

Las Vegas is known to be the city of all excess; even Toyota seems like it succumbed to the madness and lost its head!

The beast you can see in the above pictures is the Toyota Tundrasine, a mix of full-size pickup, limousine and… private jet!

The vehicle is based on a 1794 CrewMax that has been lengthened by 2.28 metres. Where the original Tundra had only 4 doors, the Tundrasine now sports eight, perfect to move your whole entourage around!

The interior is inspired by jet planes, as each passenger has a comfortable bucket seat covered in brown leather. Since it is a 1794 model, the truck also sports wood and metallic trims.

Under the hood, Toyota chose to leave the 5.7-litre V8 engine alone. However, the Tundrasine weighs 3,618 kg, which should slow it down quite a bit.

The Tundrasine is currently being shown at SEMA. After the show, it’s possible that the manufacturer will dismantle it; I suspect that they had to empty their inventory of doors to build this monster!
