Buick Adds More Sport Touring Models For 2016

General Motors of Canada announced the launch of Sport Touring editions of the Verano, Regal and LaCrosse sedans, seeking to add a little excitement to the brand’s offerings.

Joining the 2016 Buick Encore Sport Touring in the product line-up, these cars will feature exclusive styling cues destined to set them apart, such as 18-inch alloy wheels with black painted pockets and a decklid spoiler.

The 2016 Buick Verano Sport Touring also gets dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, a power driver’s seat and the Buick IntelliLink connectivity suite with OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.

The 2016 Buick Regal Sport Touring is equipped with a rearview camera, leather upholstery and heated front seats as well as Buick IntelliLink with OnStar 4G LTE and Apple CarPlay integration.

The 2016 Buick LaCrosse Sport Touring also gets Buick IntelliLink, OnStar 4G LTE and CarPlay software in addition to a remote engine starter, leather upholstery and heated front seats.

“Buick is reaching an all-new generation of customers by reinventing itself in terms of design, function and capabilities,” said Mike Speranzini, brand director of Buick in Canada. “These new ST models underscore the importance of design choices, while complementing the safety, refinement and connectivity technologies that are drawing new customers to Buick dealerships.”

This trio of sporty sedans, the Encore Sport Touring and the Buick Enclave Bronze Edition will be on sale in Canada this fall.
