2015 Jeep Cherokee: We're Driving It This Week

This week The Car Guide travels to Moab, Utah, to take part in the Jeep experience. We'll be spending two days driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee off-road through Castle Valley and Sand Flats Recreation Area.

Extreme off-road conditions promise to put the Cherokee to the test. It features a standard 184-hp 2.4-litre Tigershark inline four or an optional 271-hp 3.2-litre Pentastar V6, a nine speed automatic transmission, and four available 4x4 systems.

A low range with a 56:1 crawl ratio and an available locking rear differential (Jeep Active Drive Lock) should offer impressive hill climbing capability.

The Jeep Cherokee was chosen the 2014 AJAC Canadian Utility Vehicle of the Year.

Keep an eye out for updates.
