Another Teaser For The 2016 Chevrolet Camaro

The new Camaro is scheduled to be launched in a few days, and to make sure that everybody’s eyes are set on the muscle car, Chevrolet has given us yet another look at it. This teaser is the most revealing of all, showing us the car’s side profile and its front grille.

The manufacturer says that a lot of work went into reducing road noise; they spent more than 350 hours in a wind tunnel to reduce the amount of unwanted noise in the cabin. Stylistically, the Camaro’s side profile is much more angular, but it still reminds us of the model’s past iterations.

The front grille has also received its share of fine-tuning. Since the Camaro will generate more power than it ever did, it’s important that the cooling is up to par. Hundreds of different versions were tried, with the final design was selected not only because of its capacity to channel air towards hot mechanical parts, but also for its unique style.

As a reminder, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro will be unveiled in Detroit on May 16th during a special event.
