Subaru's Offering To The Tokyo Auto Salon

Subaru had a booth at the Tokyo Auto Salon this year, and they showed some unique cars. While this is a regional auto show, the vehicles unveiled there are generally well-liked by the public.

First of all, the Levorg Concept is a sporty version of the Levorg wagon. It features a more aggressive front bumper with a carbon fibre lower lip and a red stripe just under the new grille, side air intakes that remind us of the WRX STI and 19-inch wheels. Under the hood, we find a turbocharged 2-litre from the WRX fitted with a performance intake and a new exhaust. A six-speed manual is standard.

Then, we discover the Legacy B4 Blitzen, a mid-size sedan with a touch of sport. It has new bumpers, a black grille, a sports wing and very visible red paint. It has a beige leather interior with red stitching.

Finally, the manufacturer also presented the XV Crosstrek Special Edition. It is based on the XV Crosstrek’s Premium trim level, and features tinted headlights, a huge moonroof, a leather steering wheel and a 7-inch touchscreen. To set it apart from the regular XV Crosstrek, it is painted in a bright shade of yellow. This model will actually be offered in North America next summer.
