Last Chance To Get A Porsche 918 Spyder

If you were waiting for the best time to buy a Porsche 918 Spyder (maybe to enjoy some autumn rebates?) now’s the best time: according to the manufacturer, the whole production run is almost sold out.

When the announcement for the 918 Spyder’s production was made, Porsche was adamant: only 918 units would be constructed. It seems that at the rate these cars are built, the magic number will be hit in July 2015. According to the vice-president of Porsche North America, the majority of the cars have been reserved; only a few units remain. So far, about 30 of them have been delivered to clients around the globe. The 918 Spyder may cost around $950,000, but Porsche does not have any trouble selling them…

If you are ready to reserve yourself one, please note that the manufacturer asks for a $200,000 deposit, and you won’t receive your 918 Spyder before April.
