Honda Canada recalling S2000 and Accura RSX vehicles over brake boosters

MARKHAM, Ont. - Honda Canada says it is recalling 130 Honda S2000 vehicles from the 2006-2007 model years and 649 Acura RSX vehicles from the 2006 model year in Canada to inspect and, if necessary, replace brake boosters. Honda says a production error could lead to decreased brake assistance over time. The automaker says no crashes or injuries have been reported related to the issue, which was discovered through warranty repairs in Japan.

Honda will mail recall notices to owners of the affected vehicles in mid-July.
