Bufori to Unveil Geneva Model at Shanghai Motor Show

Despite its name, the luxurious Geneva is made by Bufori, a small Malaysian automaker that already has one dealership in Shaghai, as well as good business prospects in the region.

This brand first debuted the MKVI Geneva at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show.

For some, this superb vehicle is equivalent to an Asian Rolls Royce. But it’s neither a clone of the English vehicle, nor a pale imitation of it. In fact, it’s quite simply a supremely luxurious sedan.

Like any car built for the rich (but not necessarily famous), the Geneva offers:

-    Sumptuous individual, adjustable heated seats
-    A central console with coffee maker
-    Ice box
-    Cigar humidor
-    Stow-away computer tables
-    A TV screen on each headrest

Heavy yet powerful

This vehicle weighs no less than 2,268 kg.

Thus, to power this noble beast, they equipped it with a 6.4L V8 that produces 470 horsepower and 465 lbs.-ft. of torque.

Despite its heftiness, Bufori claims that the Geneva can sprint from 0-100 km/hr in just 5.4 seconds.

Much like the prestigious Rolls Royce Phantom and Ghost, the Geneva features rear-hinged doors.
